Sending out EMAIL can provide information about the email's SENDER.

Whenever a user sends out an email, the email also sends other information to the recipient.

(To see an example, selecet any email already received. Then, use the email program's

"File   |   Properties"
menu-options. That will show what additional information had been also sent with that email.)

Not only is the recipient able to see thay information, but so also can anyone else who is "snooping" or "intercepting" the sender's email activities, as the emails travel through the internet to the target recipient.

One of the pieces of information that provides is the emailer's internet service provider (ISP).

As well, certain web-surfing browsers actually have a security breach when it comes to email addresses. That is, some browsers actually can "give away" the surfer's email address to the webmaster of a web-site that tries to obtain it through certain programming means.

NOTE: The 4+ versions of Netscape or Internet Explorer do NOT contain this particular breach of security.
